I have been thinking about how I might contribute to the Process Nexus and one of the things each of us might be able to contribute is how process/relational metaphysics informs our daily lives.  My area is organizational behavior and one of the subtopics is leadership and organizational design.  Here is an article that I find interesting in this regard from and new physic/Zen perspective of leadership.

Like you, Bruce, I have been thinking about what it means to practice process thought in daily life.  And, like you, I think we have a thing or two (or three or four) from Zen.  For my part, I developed a page in Open Horizons on practicing process thought in daily life, and I hope you'll take a look as time allows: https://www.openhorizons.org/practicing-process-thought1.html.   What's so clear is that, without practice, process and relationality and intrinsic value and the like are but ideas in our minds -  good ideas, perhaps, but just ideas.

Bruce, that article was great! Thanks so much for sharing. I would have never discovered it on my own.
