Physicist and neuroscientist Àlex Gómez-Marín and Cobb Institute Science Advisory Committee chair Matt Segall will come together to discuss Dr. Gomez-Marin's recent experiments on “scopaesthesia” and on “extraocular vision,” exploring how these phenomena can be given coherent interpretation from a process philosophical perspective.

Throughout the world a younger generation is planting seeds of hope for a new and different kind of world: an ecological civilization. Sharing From the Heart is an initiative in which, once a month, young people from China and the United States share the seeds they are planting in their local settings
Dr. Rosemarie Anderson will provide examples of verses from her own translation of the Tao Te Ching, suggestive of the philosophy of organism and why modern Chinese are now attracted to Process Philosophy.
A one-hour workshop, led by Dr. Jay McDaniel, on how to teach Christian Process Theology in local churches with help from easy-to-use slideshows offered by the Cobb Institute. For adults and youth, clergy and laity, Christians and Friends, open to any and all.
Sharing From the Heart is a monthly initiative where young people from China and the United States come together around the pressing ecology, cultural, and spiritual issues of our time. Through sharing thoughts, personal stories, and actions in local settings, Chinese and American youth will begin building cross-cultural bonds to support a vision of a new, ecological civilization.
