Hi! I am Dr. Lília Marianno Director of Eagle Knowledgement Management and also Director of Afaga Diversity Management. Today I want to tell you my Merry Christmas wishes. First, my hope is that your last two years has been as relevant for you as they were for me. For us in both Eagle and Afaga they were years of deep learning and metamorphosis. The experts use to say that in the Chinese language the word “crisis” also means “opportunity.”
The second is that, in truth, we need to face each breakout as an opportunity to grow, of self-acknowledgement. I really hope that 2020 and 2021 has brought to you a time to do a personal follow up to establish new goals and to dream about the future. If you are able to watch me, here in this video, you are a survivor! You are alive! You overcame the pandemic as I did! It means that we can face the future with hope!
The Christmas season celebrates God with us. Christmas must tell us about life. That Life that came to us. And where (and while) we are alive there is also hope. Our lives can be experienced in many ways. We can experience life in material forms, and in emotional ways but we also can experience life in a relational mode, sharing with others who we are and what we have. May each day of your Christmas season be a time for life, for new meaning a season to look inside, look around and look above, for God. He is the fountain of our hope. He is the reason we are here. And the reason we live.
